If you choose to register with Stone Soup Network, you will be asked for your name and for a valid email address. We will use this information to communicate with you in relation to services we provide to you.

When you log in, we automatically record that you have logged in and the IP address from which you logged in.

No other information is required. You may choose to provide us with additional information, such as a phone number or mailing address, if you wish us to contact you by those methods.

We will store any information you provide us securely and restrict access to Stone Soup Network staff or authorized agents; they will use any information only for the purpose of providing you with the services you have authorized.

If you receive a Voucher for a Product or Service provided by one of our Contributors, we will give your name to the Contributor. You may be asked to show identification when you redeem your Voucher. This helps the Contributor to know who s/he is dealing with, may help to provide you with better service, and prevents fraud if your Voucher is lost or stolen.

Apart from this, we will not sell, trade, or make your personal information available to any third party at any time, except as may be required by law.

We will keep a record of the services you have received from Stone Soup Network. These records will be added to other records in order to create an overall picture of activity on the network. For example, it will allow us to keep track of how many people are using our services. These “aggregated” numbers will not use your name or other personally identifiable information.
